Founded in early 2014 by Seth and Vicki Dettling, Big Escambia Spirits set out to build a family owned distillery capable of challenging our favorite spirit categories, with exceptional ingredients and processes. Big Escambia Spirits is completely focused on whiskey quality and expert aging. We are not open to the public so we can focus completely on the process.
